By booking a service with King's Lynn Mobile Mechanic (Oleg), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
IMPORTANT: All remapping and software services (AdBlue, DPF, EGR) are provided at the owner's risk and are intended for off-road/export use only.
1. Mobile Service Requirements
- The customer must provide a safe, flat, and legal working space for the vehicle.
- If the location is deemed unsafe by the mechanic, a call-out fee may still apply.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
2. ECU Remapping & Software Modifications
By requesting a Remap, AdBlue, DPF, or EGR delete, you acknowledge:
- Mechanical Integrity: Tuning increases stress on engine components (turbo, clutch, injectors). We are not liable for any mechanical failure of pre-existing parts after tuning.
- Legal Compliance: It is the owner's responsibility to ensure the vehicle meets UK road legality (MOT). Software deletes are sold for "off-road/export use only".
- Warranty: While we provide a lifetime warranty on the software itself, we do not provide a warranty for the vehicle’s hardware.
3. Mechanical Repairs & Pre-existing Issues
Vehicles often have underlying issues. We are not responsible for:
- Seized bolts, snapped components, or fragile plastic parts that break during standard removal/repair procedures due to age or corrosion.
- Failures caused by poor prior maintenance or low-quality parts provided by the customer.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, King's Lynn Mobile Mechanic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of earnings or towing costs) resulting from the service provided.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work. We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, or Card. The vehicle may be retained until full payment is cleared.
